Snapped this image on the wall at my cardiologist's office. A dietician who spoke with me a couple months back said it was good, but not entirely good for me. But you know what? From where I was, to this, would be such an enormous improvement - if I could actually do it that is... but whatever. I'm down about 40 lbs in 5 months so I'm happy. So if this diet keeps me where I need to be, I'm happy.
